1. When will i receive the order ?

A: As soon as we receive your order ,we ship the products within 48 hrs. Orders within Pune are delivered on the same shipping daye & those across india within 3-7 days based on the location.

2. How do I check the delivery status?

A: You can check the status in your account dashboard. If you require any further information you can send a mail to nutritoofficial@gmail.com to check the order status. We will be glad to help you.

3. Which are the delivery areas you cater to?

A: We deliver in almost every area across India where are courier partners are present.

4 .What is the delivery charge?

A: We offer free home delivery on all orders above Rs.1000/- For orders less than Rs.1000/- we charge nominal delivery charges depending on the location.

5. What is the shelf life of dry fruits?

A: Well-preserved and efficiently packed dry fruits can have a shelf life of up to 6 months.

6 . What steps do you take to ensure that I receive a fresh product?

A: We have a state-of-the-art cleaning and packaging facility. We comply with the specifications of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and have an excellent quality framework in place to ensure that the freshness of dry fruits and nuts are preserved for a long time. We use high quality packaging material, including airtight cans and pouches that do not have the risk of spoilage in transit. However, if you feel that you do not like our product, we take them back and reimburse the product cost.

7 .Can we expect discounts for bulk orders?

A : Absolutely! In case you wish to place a bulk order, contact us on nutritoofficial@gmail.com, and we will analyze your requirements and give you the best rates.
